ChannelBox Privacy Policy
Applies to ChannelBox IPTV Player for iPhone, Windows and Mac. Last updated October 29, 2026.
The short version: ChannelBox doesn’t collect, sell or share any information about you. There’s no account, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your own device and is only ever sent to the TV provider you chose.
What ChannelBox stores, and where
- Your provider login (Xtream Codes server, username and password, or a playlist link). The password is encrypted with your device’s own protection — the iPhone or Mac Keychain, or Windows data protection.
- Your channel list, TV guide, favourites and recently watched channels, kept on your device so the app opens quickly.
None of this is sent to us. Deleting a playlist in Settings, or deleting the app, removes it.
Who ChannelBox talks to
- Your IPTV provider, to log in and to load channels, the TV guide and video. What your provider does with that is covered by its own privacy policy.
- Nobody else. There are no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising services in the app.
Buying the Windows and Mac version
If you buy ChannelBox for Windows and Mac on our website, we keep your name and email so we can send your download link and resend it if you lose it. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We don’t use your email for marketing.
Children
ChannelBox doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
